World War II Patrol Craft PC-1603
Over 1,100 small craft were built during World War II for antisubmarine patrol, convoy duty and invasion support. Patrol Craft were also used during the Korean War. The Patrol Coastals were used in the U.S. Coast Guard from 2004 – 2011, then transferred back to the Navy. The Navy currently uses the Patrol Coastals to conduct Maritime Special Operations, to include: maritime interdiction operations, forward presence, ecort operations, noncombatant evacuation, foreign internal defense, long-range Special Operations Forces (SOF) insertion/extraction, tactical swimmer operations, reconnaissance, intelligence collection, operational deception and SOF support as required.

Objectives:

Provide a means for fellowship and communication among Naval personnel who served or are serving in Patrol Craft.

Arrange and promote an annual reunion/convention.

Enhance recognition of the Patrol Craft sailors who served or are serving in Patrol Craft.

Publish a newsletter of interest to Patrol Craft sailors.
National Reunions:
